Storage & Thawing: The desserts can be stored in the freezer. Allow 2 hours in the refrigerator to thaw before serving.
Gluten-Free Friendly: Most desserts are GF-friendly, but not certified gluten-free for celiac customers.

I am a licensed home bakery. All desserts are prepared in a kitchen that handles eggs, dairy (milk), soy, wheat (gluten), peanuts, and tree nuts including pistachio, hazelnut, almond, walnut, cashew, and coconut, as well as other common allergens such as sesame.
Many of my products are gluten-free, however my kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility and is not suitable for individuals with celiac disease.
